Do you need your precious jewellery or watches valued for insurance or probate? This will ensure your jewellery is protected if ever you lose, accidental damage or have your items stolen.
Our independent valuer is a member of the NAJ institute of registered valuers and will be carrying out valuations on sight.
Convenient and quick, our valuation days are the perfect opportunity to have your items assessed without being parted from them. During your appointment, you can ask our valuer any questions regarding your items.
Many jewellers charge a percentage of your total jewellery value for this service, meaning you never know the total cost until the valuation is complete. We are going to keep things simple for our valuation days charging you a fixed price of £85 for the first item then £55 for every item after. An estimated cost will be provided for more complicated and unique pieces or quantities.
All valuation certificates include detailed descriptions and digital photographs together with documentation for your insurance company.
By providing individual, itemised assessments of your valuables you have a complete, official record proving your ownership and their value which will make it much easier for you to process a claim if the need arises.
If you are unavailable for the valuation days, we can hold your items and have them assessed without you being present (all items will be insured and kept in our safe while on our premises).
Please note, all bookings are by appointment only, please refer to the list of upcoming dates below.
If the dates above are unsuitable, we can arrange a separate appointment; however, this may incur a higher rate.
