  • £7.50 – Royal Mail Special Delivery (1 -2 working days when ordered before 1pm)
  • £12.00 – Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery (When ordered before 1pm on Friday)

Orders between £75 to £149.99

  • FREE – Royal Mail 2nd Class (2-3 working days)
  • £7.50 – Royal Mail Special Delivery (1 -2 working days when ordered before 1pm)
  • £12.00 – Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery (When ordered before 1pm on Friday)

Orders over £150

  • FREE Recorded Next Day UK Delivery

We not only offer gift vouchers but also corporate vouchers for our customers and loyal clientele. The HC Jewellers, Gift-card is the perfect gift for the jewellery lover in your life. All you need to do, is select the amount you would like to give and we’ll credit the gift card whilst also emailing details to you.

If you wish to cancel your order you can either notify us by email at Or by telephone 01763 244705, before the order has been dispatched or when your order has already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in the information listed below.

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within the 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund or exchange (this excludes bespoke and special-order items as well as earrings, for hygiene reasons). The cost of returning the item to us shall be paid by you. We will accept returns made through post or through our Royston shop ( 8 High Street Royston, Hertfordshire SG8 9AG). If an item is returned through the post please use the address above. It is advised that you obtain postal insurance (for orders over £50.00) and to send it Royal Mail Special delivery, which requires us to sign for the item on receipt. HC Jewellers cannot be responsible for any parcels that do not reach us. Upon receipt of the item and following a full inspection by ourselves where items are received in the original condition, HC Jewellers will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. Refunds can only be made onto the same card as used for the original purchase.

The rights to return the goods to us as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances:

  • If following our inspection there is deemed to be any damage or wear to the item.
  • If items are returned after the agreed 30 day period.
  • If there are any faults on the items on delivery and HC Jewellers have not been notified within 5 days
    of arrival.
  • If any product has been made or customised specifically for yourself.
    This does not affect your statutory rights.

When placing an order with us you will need to place the order via our online checkout process. As
part of the checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any
errors. We will send you an email order acknowledgement, detailing the product(s) you have ordered
and the total cost of the order. This will be from Our acceptance of an order
takes place when we despatch your order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When
we dispatch your order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed
immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled
your order.
We may refuse to accept your order:
a. If you are ordering from an address outside the UK
b. Where goods are not available
c. If we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
d. If there has been a pricing or product description error
e. If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms & conditions

Jewellery is packaged in a stylish, HC Jewellers branded jewellery box and bag.

We source materials from reputable suppliers with honest, ethical policies. We are also members of the National Association of Jewellers, the UK’s leading jewellery trade association.

Most items are already in stock and we will try to send them out within 3- 5 working days however please refer to delivery times listed on each individual item as this could vary. Items made to order will be assessed and time scale quoted individually. If an item is not in stock or there will be any delay we will notify you via email in the first instance.

Upon receipt of your order an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please keep this email; it contains your order reference number which you may need at a later date.

It can indeed. However we will contact you in the first instance just to confirm that the delivery address is correct. This is to protect our customers against fraudulent behaviour.
