We appraise jewellery, diamonds and coloured gemstones & watches plus provide you with a written valuation certificate. Your jewellery will be cleaned and professionally photographed before the appraisal begins and will be fully insured while in our care.

Are you Insured?

If you own items of jewellery that are expensive or hold sentimental value, you’ll
probably want to make sure they’re fully insured for your own peace of mind.

Get Valued

Making a claim for loss, theft or damage you’ll have to provide a valuation or receipt. For high value or antique jewellery, it’s best to get a valuation certificate

The Gold Standard

All of our Insurance Certificates are carried out by our Independent Valuer who is a member of the National Association of Valuers.

The Gold Standard

We use one of the leading insurance company’s for your precious belongings specializing in High Priced Luxury items.

Valuation & Appraisal

Most of our jewellery and watch valuations are completed within a week unless otherwise specified. This type of appraisal is for the new replacement value for your insurance purposes. We can also appraise items for Probate, Division of Assets (for divorce), Open Market and most frequently they are requested for the purpose of Insurance.
We recommend that you itemize or catalogue your jewellery items with a value of or under two to three hundred pounds. We advise taking a photograph of them individually, alongside the receipt, if you have one. For items that require a written valuation, most insurance companies will need an up to date valuation certificate, supplied by a reputable and qualified jeweller, once every three years.

Jewellery Valuation
Precious metals, diamonds and coloured gem prices have increased significantly over the past few years. If your insurance is based on a jewellery valuation certificate, which is over three years old, then you are probably not adequately insured.
A jewellery valuation certificate is a written document, which is prepared by an independent appraiser, describing your jewellery and giving a value as of a specific date. A jewellery valuation should include a high-quality photo, a detailed description of the item and an estimated current like-for-like replacement value, including the stone type, size, quality, colour and cut.
