About our products

Do you offer gift-vouchers?

We not only offer gift vouchers but also corporate vouchers for our customers and loyal clientele. The jewellery gift vouchers and gift cards section here, covers extensive collections of diamond, gold and silver jewellery. The HC Jewellers, Gift-card is the perfect gift for the jewellery lover in your life. All you need to do, is select the amount you would like to give and we’ll credit the gift card whilst also emailing details to you.

How does the order process work?

When placing an order with us you will need to place the order via our online checkout process. As part of the checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors.

We will send you an email order acknowledgement, detailing the product(s) you have ordered and the total cost of the order. This will be from  [email protected].

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch your order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch your order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
We may refuse to accept your order:
a. If you are ordering from an address outside the UK
b. Where goods are not available
c. If we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
d. If there has been a pricing or product description error
e. If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms & conditions

Are your products ethically sourced?

We source materials from reputable suppliers with honest, ethical policies. We are also members of the National Association of Jewellers, the UK’s leading jewellery trade association.

How can I use your bespoke service?

In order to create that unique piece you always wanted for yourself or a loved one, feel free to send us an email at [email protected]

We work closely with our clients, to create pieces of quality by re-threading existing jewellery, re-creating sentimental pieces or simply working with you to turn your ideas into an original, unique piece of jewellery.

Do you also sell watches?

We buy, sell, source & trade all brands of luxury watches, including such names as Rolex, Cartier, Breitling, Omega & TAG Heuer. Here are just a few of the watches we have purchased and sold and still have in our Royston store. If there is anything you like the look of just give us a call and if we no longer have the watch you want we will do our utmost best to source the exact same watch for you.

How will my jewellery be packaged?

Jewellery is packaged in a stylish, HC Jewellers branded jewellery box.

How will I know when you have received my order?

Upon receipt of your order, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please keep this email; it contains your order reference number which you may need at a later date.

Do you ship nationwide?

We do indeed. Deliveries are made via Royal Mail.

HC offer 3 delivery options:

UK Delivery

  • Orders under £75
    • £4.00 – Royal Mail 2nd Class (2-3 working days)
    • £7.50 – Royal Mail Special Delivery (1 -2 working days when ordered before 1pm)
    • £12.00 – Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery (When ordered before 1pm on Friday)
  • Orders between £75 to £149.99
    • FREE – Royal Mail 2nd Class (2-3 working days)
    • £7.50 – Royal Mail Special Delivery (1 -2 working days when ordered before 1pm)
    • £12.00 – Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery (When ordered before 1pm on Friday)
  • Orders over £150
    • FREE Recorded Next Day UK Delivery
    • FREE – Royal Mail Special Delivery (1 -2 working days when ordered before 1pm)
    • £12.00 – Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery When ordered before 1pm on Friday)
How long will my items take to be delivered?

Most items are already in stock and we will try to send them out within 3- 5 working days however please refer to delivery times listed on each individual item as this could vary. Items made to order will be assessed and time scale quoted individually. If an item is not in stock or there will be any delay we will notify you via email in the first instance.

How do I track my order?

All our deliveries are currently handled by Royal Mail UK. Feel free to click on our shipping page to learn more about our policy and select the TRACK YOUR ORDER button at the bottom of our website to track your parcel delivery date.

Can an order be delivered to a different address to my own?

It can indeed. However we will contact you in the first instance just to confirm that the delivery address is correct. This is to protect our customers against fraudulent behaviour.
